In general, in full recline the back extends 18” behind the back of the arm and the leg rest extends 12” in front of the front of the arm. The arm is approximately 40” front to back. Although the foot print in full recline is 70”, the linear dimension following the surface contour of the seating is 72” accommodating individuals up to 6’ 4” well.
Steel Framing: heavy-duty, continuous steel frame creating excellent support and vibratory distribution. Framing includes independent recline and leg rest motors and torsion springs for a more comfortable sit with rocking action and easier chair egress. Independent electric recline and leg rest motors are switch (console in the arm) and Controller activated. Weight (excluding framing within arms): 61 lbs. (seat frame subassembly – 35 lbs.).
Seat: The seat cushion is 24 inches wide, 21 inches deep, and 4 ½ inches thick, composed of multi-laminate, high resilient foam. The two inch thick topper is permanently attached to the foot rest cushion and can be variably positioned on the back of the seat cushion for custom fit. Weight (including seat transducer): 20 lbs.
Back: The back cushion is 31 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 7 inches thick, composed of multi-laminate, high resilient foam. A removable back cover provides easy access to the head and spine speakers and the recline motor. Weight: 35 lbs.
